Know Before you Go

• Valid ID Required: Bring a valid Passport or Emirates ID for verification.
• Minimum Age: Riders must be at least 16 years old (some operators require 18+).
• Safety Gear Provided: Helmets and protective equipment will be supplied and must be worn at all times.
• No Driving License Needed: You don’t need a driving license to ride ATVs, quad bikes, or dune buggies.
• Follow Safety Instructions: Always listen to your instructor and follow the safety briefing.
• Suitable Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes (sports shoes recommended).
• Not Recommended For: Pregnant women, people with back/neck problems, or serious medical conditions.
• Ride Duration: Actual riding time depends on the selected package (typically 30 mins to 1 hour).
• Insurance Disclaimer: Activities are done at your own risk; operators provide basic safety measures.
• Add-Ons: Goggles and gloves provided; optional upgrades like GoPro or photo packages may be available.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
