Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Musaafar Tourism LLC’s (“Musaafar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, mobile applications, and travel services. By booking any travel service or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
- “Client” or “You”: The person making the booking and all travelers included in the booking
- “Services”: All travel services including tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, experiences, and attraction tickets
- “Booking”: Any confirmed reservation made through Musaafar
- “Supplier”: Third-party providers of travel services including airlines, hotels, tour operators
Acceptance of booking
A binding contract is formed when we issue written confirmation of your booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our suppliers. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Payment terms
Deposit Requirements
- Tour packages: 25% deposit required at booking, full payment 45 days before departure
- Flights and hotels: Full payment required at booking
- Visa services: Full payment required upon application submission
- Attraction tickets: Full payment required at booking
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment plans. All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates applied at time of payment.
Pricing and changes
Price Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct prices and will notify you of any changes before processing payment. You may cancel without penalty if you do not accept revised pricing.
Price Changes
Tour package prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier rate changes. We will absorb increases up to 2% of the tour cost. Increases exceeding 2% will be passed to clients with 30 days’ notice.
Cancellation and refunds
Client Cancellations
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only
- 31-60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 15-30 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Musaafar Cancellations
If we must cancel your booking, we will provide full refund or alternative arrangements of equal value. Our liability is limited to amounts paid to us.
Travel documents and visas
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates. We provide visa guidance but do not guarantee visa approval. Visa refusals do not entitle you to refunds beyond our standard cancellation terms.
Documentation Support
We provide document checklists, form guidance, and embassy information but are not responsible for processing delays or rejections by government authorities.
Changes to bookings
Client-Requested Changes
Changes are subject to availability and may incur fees from suppliers plus our administrative charge of AED 200 per change. Some bookings may be non-changeable.
Supplier-Imposed Changes
We will notify you promptly of any changes imposed by suppliers. Minor changes (flight time adjustments under 4 hours, similar category hotel substitutions) do not entitle you to compensation.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and travel delays. We can arrange insurance through approved providers but are not liable for claims or coverage disputes.
Health and safety
Medical Conditions
You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your travel. We reserve the right to refuse bookings if we believe safety risks exist.
Activity Participation
Adventure activities and excursions are undertaken at your own risk. Age, fitness, and health restrictions may apply. We recommend consulting healthcare providers before participating in strenuous activities.
Liability limitations
Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our responsibility ends upon completion of arranged services.
Supplier Liability
Services are provided by independent suppliers subject to their own terms and conditions. We act as booking agent only and are not liable for supplier failures, delays, or quality issues.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, terrorism, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, we will assist with rebooking or provide credits for future travel.
Complaints and disputes
Complaint Procedure
Complaints must be reported immediately during travel and confirmed in writing within 28 days of return. We will investigate and respond within 14 working days.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through UAE courts under UAE law. We encourage mediation before pursuing legal action.
Data protection
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We share necessary booking information with suppliers to deliver services. All data is processed securely and retained according to legal requirements.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
Website use
Permitted Use
Our website is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use automated systems to access or extract data from our website.
Prohibited Activities
You may not interfere with website security, transmit harmful code, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
Third-party services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms of use.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
