Know Before you Go

• Please carry a valid ID proof as Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above 8 years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg.
• Slope access is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only.
• Drinking and eating are only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• Park reserves the right to deny entry if there are no slots available. In such cases, guests will be requested to reschedule their visit to another day.
• Some rides and features may have height and weight restrictions.

Tickets once issued cannot be cancelled. You have an option to visit on any other operating days
