What’s Not Allowed

• Food and drinks permitted only in:
  – Lobby and garden areas
  – Future Heroes children’s floor (Level 1) for caregivers (snacks/drinks allowed but not beyond entry barrier)
• No food or beverages allowed in other exhibition areas
• No flash photography, tripods, or selfie sticks inside the venue

• Accessible restrooms available throughout
• Wheelchair docks in the Lobby; wheelchairs available on request for exhibition floors

• Pioneer Pass includes AED 50 retail credit at the lobby shop (valid only on ticket date, non-cash, multiple transactions allowed)
• Admission time within your chosen slot will be confirmed on the ticket due to limited capacity
