• Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Strollers and wheelchairs can be rented at the venue on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Height and safety requirements may limit some guests’ ability to enjoy all rides, attractions, or experiences.
• The availability of animals, rides, attractions, and other experiences may vary throughout your visit.
• Due to the animals’ diet, which includes shellfish and fish, guests with allergies should exercise caution. Please inquire with a Park representative for specific allergen information.

Additional Information

• Lockers can be rented for a fee of AED 45.
• Guests aged 3 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Your pass is valid for 9 months until first use. Once activated, you have 5 days to visit the second park (as per your selection).
• Certain rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
