Know Before You Go

What to Bring

• Sunhat, sunscreen, and walking shoes for comfortable exploration.
• Keep your ID ready for a seamless experience.

What’s Not Allowed

• Feeding animals with anything other than animal food purchased at the zoo feeding station.
• Climbing on or crossing over fences or safety barriers.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Teasing animals or throwing rocks, trash, or any items into enclosures.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Safety restrictions:
  • Zoo Zip and Big Climb restricted for guests under 1.4 m (4.59 ft).
  • Junior Climb restricted to guests between 110 cm and 135 cm in height.

Accessibility

• Venue is accessible by wheelchair and pram/stroller.

Additional Information

• Animal-related activities depend on the health and condition of the animals.
• Explorer ticket holders should check the schedule for zoo activities before visiting.
• Driving Adventure restricted for kids aged 6–12, with a maximum of two laps per day.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Venue is closed on UAE public holidays.
