Know Before you Go
- What to bring: Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.
- What’s not allowed : No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage
- Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.
- Baby strollers are not allowed inside the venue.
- Accessibility: The Burj Khalifa is wheelchair accessible.
- While Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is mostly wheelchair and stroller accessible, some experiences like the penguin and ray encounter are not accessible.
- Additional information: Tickets are available at time slots of 30 minutes.
- It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won’t be obstructed.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Free Wi-Fi is available at the premises.
- The Burj is a must-see on every tourist’s Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days.
- Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.
- You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like.
- Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
- The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.
